The Super Bowl Goes Overtime For The First Time In History

February 5, 2017
It will be interesting to see the ratings for Super Bowl LI, because it went from looking like a blowout to being tied up with less than a minute to go in regulation.

The Patriots were down 28-3 late in the game, then scored 25 unanswered points to tie the game up! Then in overtime New England went all the way down the field to score a touchdown and that was it. They won 34-28.

It was the 5th Super Bowl title that Bill Bellichick and Tom Brady have won together, and Brady became the first quarterback in NFL history to win 5 Super Bowls.
